Antelope Valley Ranch meats are healthful and nutritious. You are assured of this because of the vigilant monitoring we give our animals. They are grown in a natural environment, and cared for with our personal commitment to quality. Neither you our customer, nor our animals are just another number. We know each animal personally and can give you its life history. There is noting artificial about our meats, it is all natural.

NATURAL ANGUS BEEF

WHAT YOU DO GET

Source Verified-This means food safety for you and your family. Our natural beef is born and raised on our ranch. Records are kept on each calf from birth to your plate.
Young Animals-For tenderness. Our Angus beef reaches slaughter weight at 14 to 18 months of age.
Tenderness-Our breeding program selects sires DNA for tenderness genes. We age our beef 14 days for tenderness before cutting and packaging.
USDA Inspected-Our beef is processed at a USDA inspected plant to assure you of healthful animals.

WHAT YOU DON'T GET

NO Feedlot-Our calves are grown here at home. They have never been in a commercial feedlot.
NO Growth Hormones-Our calves receive their vaccinations for prevention of disease at 14 to 60 days old. They never receive any growth hormones during their lifetime.
NO Artificial Additives or Colors-What you see is what you get-Natural Beef.
NO Preservatives-Such as: BHT or BHA.
NO Antibiotics-Any calf in our herd needing treatment for disease is identified and excluded from our natural beef animals. They are marketed through commercial channels.

NATURAL LAMB

WHAT YOU DO GET

Source Verified-This means food safety for you and your family. Our natural lamb is born and raised on our ranch. Records of genetics and all life events are kept on each lamb from birth to your plate.
Young Lambs-Our lambs are processed at about 150 days of age. You can bet the meat is tender.
Tenderness-Our breeding program uses Suffolk rams selected for meatiness bred to Dorset ewes to produce crossbred lambs. This cross produces a moderate sized lamb with great meat qualities.
USDA Inspected-Our is USDA inspected for your assurance of a healthful product.
