We accept orders over the telephone, email, or fax. However, we prefer visiting with you
personally on the telephone to help you select the right product for your special needs, and

PROCESSING YOUR MEAT
Antelope Valley Ranch handles the processing and packaging of your meats in a USDA
inspected facility.
CUTTING YOUR MEAT
When placing an order for Antelope Valley Ranch meats, you tell us the size of your
family and how you would like your meat cuts made. You determine the thickness of your
steaks, and the size of the pot roasts. Some people like stew meat and others want all trim
to go into hamburger. There are lots of choices, and you get to make them. We cut and
package your meat to your own specifications.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Antelope Valley Ranch will arrange shipping by UPS to your front door or you can pick up your natural meat up at the ranch.
- When you place an order, whether it is through the shipping cart, by phone or by email, the order will be assigned an order number. Use the assigned order number in all correspondence related to that order. If corresponding by email, please display the order number in the subject line. This helps us immensely.
- You will be notified when your order ships.

Antelope Valley Ranch meats are natural, wholesome meats and are priced accordingly.
